Unsafe Products is a UK-first editorial publication about consumer-product safety. We connect investigations, television and press coverage, official policy, enforcement, consumer organisations, specialist blogs and major international developments when they matter to UK readers.

What belongs here

Systemic investigations, marketplace accountability, product testing, standards claims, regulatory change, enforcement and prosecutions, consumer experience and significant cross-border developments. A routine individual recall entry does not become a story here merely because it is new.

How this differs from FOLO-UP

Unsafe Products is the editorial and public-interest layer. FOLO-UP is the action layer: search its indexed UK recall records, report an unsafe product or flag a live online listing for evidence capture and controlled human review.

What comes next

The publication will develop topic desks for investigations, action, reporting, fines and prosecutions. We are keeping them as sections of one domain while the publication establishes authority; separate subdomains will be reserved for services that genuinely require their own application or data boundary.
